As a Transition Manager engaged on a fixed term basis with HEINEKEN, my role was to support the Global Information Services organization through their transformation initiatives in 2014-15. There were three aspects to the transformation: 1. Migration of outsourced service delivery to a new service provider 2. Establishment of ServiceNow as the service management tool 3. Service Management to ensure that the combination of new provider and new tooling delivers the required level of IT support

Established service delivery teams and contributed to pre-sales efforts in the application management services domain

Developed and implemented SAP solutions to support processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Make-to-Order for a telecommunications client.

Tracked delivery metrics, quality standards, resource utilization and weekly status of an SAP delivery project as part of the Project Management Office, to ensure project execution as per agreed terms

Resolved issues in code embedded within telecommunication switching equipment in order to reduce chances of failure and promote adherence to efficient coding standards in C++ and Unix
