Responsibilities include the asset management of a portfolio of over 40 on and offshore wind farms and a large portfolio of new projects. Tasks include, among others, asset/project valuation, asset strategy determiniation, benchmarking, development of Asset Management framework, KPI definition and target setting.

My department is responsible for the commercial optimization of Vattenfalls portfolio of coal and gasfired powerplants in Germany, The Netherlands and Denmark. My tasks include asset strategy determination, portfolio value and business case calculations, project portfolio management, project and investment planning and benchmarking against in- and external international peers. My responsibilities also include the implementation of Project Development methods within the Business Unit.

As Contract manager I was responsible for the acquisition of works and services needed for large multi million investment projects. Projects were diverse in scope, from gasstorages to pelletplants. Activities among others include the coördination and responsibility for tender processes and the negotiation and claim management for commercial contracts ranging in value from several 100k to multiple millions.

In this position I worked in the Asset Management for a portfolio of Gas and Oil fields in the north sea. Responsibilities included new business development and the valuation of drilling proposals and potential new acquisitions.

Project development for several onshore Windfarms in the Netherlands. I worked in projects for new build wind farms and for repowering/upscaling of existing wind farms. Responsibilities also included business case calculations and windpark site analysis and design.

Analyst position on the Tradefloor of Vattenfall. I was responsible for market analysis, amongst others forecasting hourly gas demand for specific business clients and I developed of a Power Plant Profit&Loss statement to measure performance against the energy market on an hourly basis.

Extra certificate, besides my Masters, focusing on the use of technology to foster economic growth in developing countries. Certificate included a 3 month research internship in Trivandrum, India
