Manage all staff, including interviewing and hiring; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems to ensure courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Ensure that adequate inventory levels and effective displays of appealing merchandise are maintained. Plan and manage organizational operating budgets. Report regularly on sales, staff, and other trends to board of directors.

Manage inventory, pricing, and customer service by bakery employees, as well as providing appropriate customer service training. Ensure that all the bakery staff are following HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) rules of hygiene and food safety. Ensure that all bakery staff are following FIFO(First In First Out) rules to provide high quality and quantity of food to all customers. Prepared weekly report for the bakery, including invoices, sales receipts, and weekly schedules.

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products. Examines dough and batter for specified consistency. Sets up and adjusts wrapping and slicing machines. Trains new workers. Help bakery staff in production and customer service if there is more customer in bakery department.
