Head of test laboratories in Danfoss Sensing Solutions. Responsible for the global test strategy for the 3 laboratories located in DK, CN and DE. Manager for 8 colleagues in DK - a mix of BCW and WCW, ranging from laboratory employee to laboratory specialist. Expansion of test capabilities to cover other sensor types (temperature, pressure, gas, load, position). Transformation of DK lab to focus more on new test setups, procedures and ensure close collaboration with R&D and technology.

During the last 6 months of the production, before transfer to China, I had the responsibility for the production and the production technicians. The production team entailed 6 blue color workers. We managed to produce the products as agreed and even served additional request during the given timeframe. It was also managed to find new jobs within Danfoss for these 6 employees. The team worked closely together with onsite colleagues from CN.

During the last 6 months of the production, before transfer to China, I had the responsibility for the production and the production technicians. We managed to pack and ship all the equipment within the given timeframe. It was also managed to find new jobs within Danfoss for these 4 employees. The team worked closely together with onsite colleagues from CN.

Product Manager for temperature sensors @ Danfoss Industrial Automation. Responsible for P&L for the temperature sensor portfolio. The portfolio covers temperature sensors used in many different applications, such as refrigeration, heating, marine, mobile hydraulic and exhaust gas temperature. Participating in customer meetings to find the best solution for customer and Danfoss. Planning and performing sales team training, to increase knowledge of temperature sensors and applications for the sales team.

Development and design of temperature sensors, operating in temperatures from -50°C to 1000°C. Customer contact at the very beginning of the product life cycle to ensure correct specifications, through R&D to find the correct solution, contact to suppliers to find the optimum solution for manufacturing and quality, to support on the product from release to product end of life. pprovals are usually marine approvals and tests according to IEC/EN standards. Tasks included both mechanical and electrical design.

Development of pressure sensor electronics. Several output designs, 4-20mA, ratiometric, absolute voltage. EMC performance. Development of mechanical parts for pressure sensors.

Mechanical development of oil pumps for oil furnace. Primarily - Creating 3-D drawings using AutoDesk Inventor. - New designs of components. - Designing tests and ensure execution of tests. - Communication with suppliers. - Cost optimization of production. - Fault finding during production.
