 Leading the Functional & technical team in the project, streamlining of issues and object developments.  Development of PICOF, Core Connector, EIB integrations, studio integrations, SOAP Web-services, BIRT and custom reports.

Leading the technical team in the project, streamlining of issues and object developments.  Working on various functional topics like settlement runs, assets, expenses, remittance, financial accounting, procurement, revenue management, tax etc. Technical Environment: Workday (25, 26, 27)

Streamlining of issues and object developments.  Understanding/gathering integration requirements from the Legacy System and build detailed Integration Designs. Meeting with Clients/Vendors on a regular basis to gather requirement, to share the status updates and to test the integration output files. Technical Environment: Workday (24, 25)

Understanding/gathering integration requirements from the Reporting System and build detailed Report Designs.  Work with the team to drive integration build to completion and help them overcome roadblocks Technical Environment: Workday (23, 24)

Preparation of standard/custom reports based on various data sources and tools.  Standard Reporting includes, summary reporting, Advanced Interactive Excel Reports, High Level PPTs and Dashboards, PDF format Dashboards, etc.  Dashboard layout designing and preparation on a month on month basis for the Senior Leadership (HR Heads and HR BPs)

Development of standard and custom reports leveraging multiple sources of data and deliver organization wide analytical reports.  Creating and delivering high end business presentations based on data analysis to Senior Leadership enabling them to focus on key areas and take effective business decisions.  Manage data sources for data capturing using pre-defined templates.

Roles:-  Handling all the MIS activities as well as maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly quality & accuracy reports for Data & Voice process.  Following up with the different departments for the quicker resolutions.

System Experience: Software / Products:  Workday (Services Core and Integrations) - Project Experience.  ERP Tools: Workday HCM, SAP and PeopleSoft HCM.  Reporting Tools: Workday-Report Writer, PeopleSoft Query Manager, SAP-BI-BO.
