Definition and implementation of commercial strategy and business development, including its diversification to new areas namely energy and water. Establishment of resources, objectives and goals, including the selection, recruitment and structuring of the engineering and commercial team, its monitoring and supervision, as well as introduction of new procedural methods in the organization. Reporting to the general management, I performed technical and commercial direction functions of the MEP business area, with responsibility for studies and proposals, including creation of engineering unit to support multidisciplinary projects in sectors such as energy, water, industrial construction, airport infrastructure, among others. Support and implementation of commercial strategy and global business management, and development strategic synergies with local and international players.

Reporting to the general direction, I was directly responsible for the analysis, study and development of projects and proposals including their preparation in electromechanical Installations, including support for technical and commercial monitoring in the negotiation phase. Development of projects in new areas, including photovoltaic solar energy and low and medium voltage electrical grids. Introduction of new tools and methodologies of work within the department of studies and proposals.
