- Managing prioritized and high escalated cases; - Assuring accomplipshment of required tasks and high customer satisfaction; - Coordinating critical cases with different departments; - Controlling required updates; - Checking the workload and assigning cases to internal agents as definied by internal scope; - Supporting internal agents in daily tasks.

- Creation, Validation and ordering sales quotes; - Supporting Sales and Account Managers with customers requests and orders; - Executing data transactions; - Preparation of Estimation studies for new/renewal contracts; - Preparation of productivity and quality reports; - Order validation.

- Development and follow up of daily KPI’s reports from OTIF Client and carrier; - Daily routing of goods delivery; - Cargo offer for the carriers to collect goods to be distributed; - Daily development of reports for S&OP, Logistics and Customer Service; - Lead time and delivery costs negotiation with carriers; - Leading of strategic planning meetings and follow up of the action plan for the areas: Planning, Customer Service, Transportation and Warehouse; - Preparation of CrossDocking studies.

- Preparation of Purchase orders; - Support to S&OP meetings; - Shipment dates negotiation of the materials with the supply chain teams from USA, China, France, Mexico and Uruguay; - Daily follow up of transit goods; - Preparation of the monthly inventory report; - Ordering information for internal customers; - Control of input/output materials at the factory and invoices; - Support for unloading trucks at the warehouse.

- Participation in training and workshops; - Participation in the production line assembly; - Development of continuous improvement in the production line; - Participation in the support areas daily demands, such as administrative, logistics, PCP and Quality.
