I was working as assistant director and assistant project manager at Raspak, when my manager applied for a project, as an innovation in adhesive tapes, at TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technology Research Council of Turkey). I was responsible for the timing and checking the preparation of the project as well as the communication between our company, project management group (PROJES) and the council (TUBITAK). I was mainly responsible for the projects at work as my main interests are planning and organizing,

This internship enabled me to understand how the processes of negotiations work. I was commissioned at financial co-operations. The given lectures informed us about the functions of the units in Secretariat General for European Union Affairs. The project fiches about different issues such as fertilizing, agriculture, stock-breeding and fishery were given us to translate them in Turkish. In addition to this, programs that are applied between the member countries (twinning and TAIEX) and the negotiated count

In conducted internship program, trainees were informed about the structure of State Planning Organization (S.P.O) and lectures were given how system is working in different units in S.P.O The framework of ninth development program was introduced and foreseen projects were discussed in lectures. In this lectures different departments which are responsible on various branches of social, economic and political structure of Turkey informed us about the activities in national and international level.
