Control of the air conditioning components stock for the after sales market. Continuos evaluation of the manufacturing process and process improvement.

Responsible for the Production Parts Purchasing Process for local suppliers. Performing administrative procedures manuals, production and process control documents for the air conditioning modules assembly under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Department. Direct collaboration with the USA Headquarters for the implementation of the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Development of air conditioning components for General Motors vehicles in Colombia and Ecuador.

In charge of the production activities to meet customers’ requirements, checking of raw material stock using the FIFO Method. Developing of Production. Procedures according to the License Agreement with ITW (Illinois Tool Works, Inc.) facilities in Europe and North America.

Planning, scheduling, evaluating and controlling operations in the production of goods and services. Management systems, projects formulation and implementation indifferent kinds organizations, mainly productive activities, with emphasis on management problems and solutions generation.
