(2/10 - 1/11) Lead the Acquisition Planning Program within the Finance Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Review and coordinate the approval of all agency procurements with a life value greater than $5M USD. (9/08-1/11) Provided contract management support to the Screening Partnership Program (SPP) managing contracts for security companies at 18 airports on behalf of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Managed 3 programs with a combined budget over $65M in support of a ten billion dollar defense satellite program. Led a 40 person team in the development of two state-of-the-art facilities that will provide emergency and technical support to satellite constellation. Additionally, administered the Acquisition Professional Development Program with the responsibility of training and certifying over 3,500 acquisition and program management professionals.

Led the catalyst materials and applications research of a chemical engineering company specializing in catalytic combustion and clean fuel solutions for jet, turbine, diesel, hydro-electric, and petrol-powered engines and applications. Executed all phases of the sample preparation test matrix to include catalyst formulation, substrate preparation, coating application, microscopic inspection and surface analysis.
