Lead on A350 XWB requests for proposals (RFPs) for the Interiors work-Packages (total cost of contracts: 200 M USD for non recurring costs, 1 333 M USD for recurring costs – Contracts validity: 800 aircrafts) Procurement leader to project “Zephyr” – Outsourcing of the Airbus plant based in Laupheim (Germany) to Diehl Aerospace GmbH

Participation to the elaboration of the international procurement strategy of the Aerostructures commodity (Annual budget 90 M euros, 40 work-packages) Lead of the interiors local multi-functional team (engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, 5 people) Development of strategic partnerships with key subcontrators: International supplier portfolio management including sourcing, request-for-proposals, negotiation, contract preparation and management
