Management of the EADS Global IM Services feasibility study and transition program. Target was the developement of a concept of consolidation and integration of all IT infrastructure employees from 6 different Divisions hosted in four European nations into one integrated and consolidated international organization tasked to operate professional global ICT services for more then 110.000 internal customers.

Member of the management team of the IT organization serving more then 22.000 international internal customers. The international operated Service Management organization covers three departments with employees in 5 European countries.

Management and improvement of a Full-Outsourcing-Contract serving 3500 internal international customers. IT strategy and security was part of the role. Member of the IM leadership team of the group. Consolidation of different SAP ERP systems; consolidation of PDM systems into one SAP PLM.

The organization was responsible for the interface as well to the internal IT provider as well to the outsourcing partner and was managing the requirements and demands of more than 1500 internal local customers

Management of a department with 16 internal employees. Accountable for development and implementation of the First Level Support including Hotline. Collaboration in several technical project during DASA setup. Responsible for the site license management. Responsible for the development of local applications
