Dr. Christine McCarthy specializes in leading, designing and delivering L&D programs in multinational corporations. She has over 25 years experience working as a professional trainer and facilitator. She is an accredited coach and experienced and licensed in a variety of psychometric tools. Working closely with HR, L&D and OD she has actively contributed to the design and delivery of myriad customized L&D Portfolios particularly in a multicultural, matrix environment.

As CEO of TEC Leadership Institute GmbH, Dr. Christine McCarthy leads a multicultural, cross-disciplinary team of 46 Trainers and coaches who deliver professional L&D presence and e-learning training and development solutions to a host of multinational corporations in Strategic Thinking/Management, Creativity and Innovation, Sales and CRM, Project Management and Change Management. She has extensive experience and expertise in developing and delivering Talent Management programs.
