Responsible for Global Operations (Production & Supply Chain) and driving Operational Strategy and Operational Excellence. Strong P&L, profitability and operational efficiency focus across locations in North America, Europe and China.

MD with full P&L responsibility for HOERBIGER Safety Solutions Europe. Focus on streamlining organization, optimizing production footprint, improve business processes and prepare organization for growth. Responsible also for industrialization and commercialization of new product development.

Full P&L responsibility for Strategic Business Unit Engine Service and leading/developing a global team (Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa). Focus on restructuring and strategic development of new unit sales and service business. Directly responsible for key OEM partnerships, sales and business development.

Responsible for >$80M annual production output in a 3-shift manufacturing operation with 220 employees. Responsible for indirect functions Manufacturing Engineering, Methods and Maintenance. Focus on improving operations (OTD, Efficiencies, Cost, EH&S), manufacturing innovation and new manufacturing technologies with annual investment budget of $5M.

Responsible for key strategic project execution in NAM, Europe and APAC.
