Über mich
Two topics inspire me: Data-driven mapping and optimization of business and manufacturing processes, as well as the cross-departmental digitization of the chemical industry. Creativity and the systematic implementation of new technologies open up new ways of depicting reality in information that we humans understand. I am convinced that an open, constructive error culture and a certain degree of risk are the keys to success. That is why I continue to educate myself and create a fact-based, open working atmosphere in which everyone grows with the challenge.
