Led a 25-person cross-functional team for a F2P browser game, balancing player experience and commercial growth. Developed product vision, roadmap, and scalable Live Ops processes to boost engagement, retention, and monetization. Managed budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to ensure financial sustainability. Acted as strategic lead, aligning key KPIs with company goals and reporting outcomes to executive management.
Transitioned from a smaller F2P project to a larger live-service title, taking on strategic and cross-functional responsibilities. Acted as de facto Game Director, defining product vision, roadmap, retention design, and monetization strategies. Bridged production, analytics, design, and management to align game features with business objectives. Developed pricing models, engagement loops, and business cases for sustainability, leading to promotion to Game Director in 2018.
