Developing and implementing global strategies to ensure regulatory compliance in all markets and across brands.

Following the merger of the business units “Health” & “Hygiene”, taking the lead for brands of both portfolios. Responsibility for Dettol, Sagrotan, Durex, London, K-Y and all disinfection products under Vanish, Calgon and Cillit Bang. Product classes: biocides (surface & personal care), detergents, cosmetics, medical devices (EU risk classes IIa, IIb, III), general products and electrical devices.

1) Regulatory responsibility for the brands Durex, London, K-Y and Dettol in DACH. 2) Leading the cross-regional Central REACH Team of three overseeing imports of all commercial legal entities in Europe (EU, UK, Northern Ireland, non-EU EEA countries and Switzerland). Developing, implementing and driving a new centralised process for Europe to increase efficiency and robustness. Supporting the Turkish business in achieving KKDiK (Turkish REACH Reg.) readiness.

Regulatory responsibility for the brands Durex, London, K-Y and Dettol. Managing medical devices, biocides for personal and surface care, cosmetics, chemical mixtures and electrical/general devices. Responsibility for REACH reporting (entire brand portfolio). Developing and implementing strategies to further improve the REACH reporting process in Europe.

Regulatory and medical responsibility for the brands Durex, London, K-Y, Enfamil and Dettol. Managing medical devices, biocides, cosmetics, infant nutrition, chemical mixtures and electrical/general devices. Successfully leading Dettol through the COVID-19 pandemic by achieving market approvals for numerous new disinfection products and implementing strong efficacy claims on labels and advertisements. Responsibility for REACH reporting (entire brand portfolio).

Master Thesis: Strategic Approaches and Challenges of Listed US-American and Canadian Pharmaceutical Companies that Entered the European Union Market for the First Time Over the Last Ten Years With a New Prescription Medicinal Product and Conclusions that Can be Derived for Giving Recommendations for a Successful Market Entry Strategy.
