Honeywell Scanning and Mobility (ACS). Reporting to the VP ISC and Operations WW. Key duties: • Drive operations and supply chain including distribution centers ensuring KPIs in line with targets • Integration of the former supply chains and respective organizations • Ensure implementation of the Honeywell Operating System • Ensure compliance to budget for operational expenses and capital investments

In charge to run the newly established plant for turbochargers reporting t the EMEIA Director operations.. Key duties of the position: • Ensure successful start-up of the new plant • Ensure plant’s performances and KPIs in line with plan. • Liaise with Customers ensuring appropriate implementation of their key requirements and robust ramp-up plan along the years • Develop the local management team • Manage relations with central government and local authorities.

Set-up a new plant in east Europe. • Identify the country/area/location in which the plant will be located. • Interact with local authorities to obtain best financial and fiscal conditions (incentives). • Supervise the building construction. • Staff the plant by selecting and hiring managers, employees, workers. • Supervise the machinery installation and manufacturing process set-up • Ensure support to achieve OEM Customers approvals for production

Major duties include: • Define and implement strategic and operating quality plans • Drive preventive quality approach across the supply chain and product categories. • Set-up after sales service (process, methodologies, organization, network); • Define quality assurance procedures/guidelines

• Definition and implementation of strategic and operating quality plans • Definition, launch and coordination of major quality initiatives across regions and business units • Definition and implementation of a new organizational model (integration of the two business units). • Ensuring adherence to quality system standards (ISO-TS 16949) and drive harmonization of local quality systems.

• Definition of strategic and operating quality plans. • Driving continuous improvement by ensuring application of fundamental problem solving methodologies. • Definition, launch and coordination of major quality initiatives; • Facilitating processes’ standardization and best practice sharing. • Interaction with Customers for the definition of targets, performance reviews and specific issues; • Ensuring adherence to quality system standards (ISO-TS 16949).

• Lead the plant quality organization in setting and achieving quality goals, programs and activities to meet customer and internal needs and expectations. • Define and implement operating plans to achieve the site’s quality improvements. • Establish, maintain and improves the site’s quality system integrated into regional and WW requirements. • Work with local and regional supply base to assure supplier quality performance.
