Being part of PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur Hotel National Sales Office Trainee which manage 3 properties in Malaysia and soon to be 4 properties in 2018. As a trainee I was required to do a lot of research on existing customer market and prospective customer market.

Assist operation manager in dealing with customer and clients need for any types of training, update and manage clients profile, arrange training class schedule, prepare report for claim expenses and after workshop survey, check the contract between clients and company before sign, prepare training materials support such as brochure and handouts, format, edit and do final check up for training materials.

Support Front Office Department, Food and Beverage Department, Housekeeping Department, Banquet Department and Sports and Recreation Department in the daily activities which help me to gain professionalism in serving guest, work under minimum supervision and work under deadline.

Iam honored to do my exchange program (Austausch Program) and be one out of three ambassadors of Taylor's University in Hochschule Heilbron - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik Germany.
