· Manage full lifecycle of recruitment: process, strategy, sourcing/screening candidates, guiding candidates through the interview process, offer negotiation/presentation, · Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted recruitment partner providing advice and guidance to hiring managers in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, · Juggle multiple requisitions, across various business units, geographic locations (Dubai, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, USA).

• Conduct recruitment processes: direct search, resume screening, telephone screening, • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence, • Involvement in Kaizen Event – HR Admin improvements, • Close cooperation with client from regions in USA and Canada, • Provide HR services, maintain HR records in PeopleSoft.

• Support the day to day work of the Sales Director, • Schedule/maintenance of Director’s calendar, • Organization and coordination meetings, conferences and travel arrangements, • Prepare letters, presentations and reports, • Prepare translation for polish and english language, • Deal with customers complaints.

• Cooperation with Finance and HR department, • Student internship in HR department, • Business travel arrangements and meetings, • Business trip settlement, • Effective management of documentation workflow, • Registration and control of invoices, • Cooperation with external suppliers.
