In this role, I brought in my customer experience and knowledge to develop the web editor 8 and extend the functionality around the complete software structure to get a much easier workflow more functionality needed on HMIs and save time for customers to work with the toolset. Continuing the collaboration with OEM customers. Developing application templates for HLKSE to make the tools set more effective for customers save time and effort and reduce the risk of failure.

Responsible for the Saia PCD Micro Browser and Windows HMI portfolio PCD7.x. Collected the voice of international customers and bring the best and needed into the product specifications to extend usability and sales. Work closely together with customer and sales thru NPI phase. Finalize marketing material and documentations to get the best outcome. Managing 3rt party suppliers to get the right outcome for our market segments.

In this role I was supporting sales acquiring OEM customers by bring up the technical needed solution for the customer. Continuing the collaboration with the customer until the full functioning product specifications are available to release.
