-Tracking a large amount of KPIs and results of an assigned Team of digital specialists supporting Amazon.de. -Mentoring, Holding individual Feedbacks and group huddles with all CSAs regularly, mainly focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of all contacts. - Creating and managing action plans and projects for all relevant KPIs, being responsible for a major part of communication/reporting to Amazon. - Handling highly confidential Data.

-Working with an assinged Team of 42 individuals Focusing mainly on helping the agents in real-time by sharing product knowledge, mentoring and monitoring. -Holding disciplinary feedbacks, as well as coachings as a way to improve productivity and quality of all contacts. -Internal communications with the Amazon technicians in English, with over 800 performed escalations.

Primary and digital specialist support for Amazon.de in german and in english. Helping customers via phone or email contacts in German, with some of the Email Contacts being English.
