Solaiemes is a Madrid-based start-up company which specialises in Mobility & Unified Communications, and creates products to allow global reach, having pioneered RCS network API, with SOAP, REST and OMA API (UNI exposure), whilst using the same approach for IMS/VoIP capabilities to a WebRTC enabled browser. I report directly to the CEO and am responsible for the functional management of project-based teams.

On this position on the EMEA System Integration group, my responsabilities are the PM, presentation and design of the DTV and IPTV solutions to Motorola customers. Before assuming the PM position, PM & lead engineer for the installation, support and training of the video customers (DTV and IPTV).

Developing the activities related with the project planning, installation, upgrades, post-upgrade support, training of the new features, etc. I have been involved in the following GPRS / UMTS projects on different customers in EMEA and Asia: - T-Mobile Germany: GPRS network deployment. - CNRC (Customer Network Resolution Centre). Consultant for Motorola Spain. PM of the Project to set up the equipment required for the new facility of Motorola Spain in Madrid, including the tasks of coordinate providers, and project management (installations definitions, supplies collection, choose the provider for data, mobile phones and land line, local area network, etc).

Maintenance of the computer equipment, corporate network and helpdesk.
