Management on the behalf of AIRBUS A350 UK, Germany, Spain and Saint-Nazaire • 14 teams : 5 Team Leaders + 70 people • Frame corporate actions and information of the physical flows and production • Management technical, commercial, financial, human, social aspects of several warehouses • Logistic Operations Optimization and the production, customer’s satisfaction concerns, economic performance in the respect for the regulations.
