PSA plants internal logistic optimization (APOLO project – Alternative Logistic). Setting up of a monitoring plan in order to ensure assurance of supply of parts to the assembly line. o Applying and management of the monitoring plan in PSA plants. Coordination with plants’ management and operational employees. o Setting up of parts supplying in relation with the vehicle flow. o Study and optimization of storage space in plants.

Logistic approval of PSA suppliers on “ex-work” project and “alternative logistic” project. o PSA suppliers’ approval on French standard (GALIA) and European standard (ODETTE) for mass-production and vehicle projects (France, Europe, World). o Coordination between PSA plants, suppliers and purchasing department on logistic problematic and EDIFACT V2 approval. o Change support by auditing suppliers’ plants. Support on PSA logistic processes.

o Preparation and development of standards, defining the organisation of “information security and its control” department of Refinery and Marketing branch of Total, and defining roles of the different responsible of this activity. o Drawing up of a dashboard in order to measure gaps regarding information security and in order to propose corrective action plans to apply. o Elaboration of sensitizing tools in relation with information security problematic.
