Deike Hachmeister

Serving as the regional COE (Center of Expertise) for talent management; currently responsible for consulting and working with a team of local talent management specialist across Europe. The role is focused on standardising talent management processes regional, training and motivating local TM whilst leveraging global guidelines and standards, creating regional initiatives/programs and serving as the TM Consultant to the Head of HR for EAME.

Ensure consistency in the talent management process by working with AGCO's regions on performance management and succession planning; own the performance management and succession planning processes. Facilitate an optimised talent bench by managing the full lifecycle of corporate internship program comprised of 30+ interns annually; includes recruiting and selecting the interns, onboarding and orientation, performance and development, and retention.

Garnered the Chairman's Recognition of Excellence Award as a key member of the team that implemented a global employee portal. Contributed to improved team member engagement and commitment while integrating employees from acquisitions into the team by co-leading the first global internal communication campaign focused on the company's core values; supported the employee survey communication.
