As the IT Manager in Kia's Innovation & Solution Design center, my main responsibility is to engage with senior stakeholders of Kia (HQ & regionals, C-Levels) and communicate precisely the transformations needed and facilitate the decision making process. Another part of my role is to help Kia Motors build a Digital Experience Strategy and assist the company's senior executives understand and respond to any risks.

Student Research Assistant for Robotics Research and Development. Project: "Complete Path Coverage while Exploring Unknown Environment for Radiation Mapping using Unmanned Ground Systems."

Consulting regarding the improvement of the existing customer management application. Development and application of CRM (sales) using Java & JQuery. Development of a new IT architecture that includes sales as well as services, additionally coordinating the development by a third party company. Adaptation of the application to Amazon Web Service, as well as integration with Amazon Cloud.

Identify customer requirements in direct conversation. Complete sales application migration from Siebel to Salesforce Sales Cloud. APEX integration using SOAP and REST APIs. Develop technical requirements for CRM Sales in Salesforce. Development of Visualforce pages. Coordinate and manage a team consisting of 6 members in different locations. Plan and deliver customer training. Basic training for new employees in CRM.

Business meetings for customer focused requirements gathering. Develop and implement complex order management pipeline. Work on Customer Telephonic Interface (CTI) and Task Based UIs. Solutions for Java and Siebel CRM integration using web service. Experience with Assignment Rules and Territory Management. Implement business processes using Siebel Business Services and workflows for automatic response and email communication.
