OMV is a Fortune 500 company (#179 in 2014) and Austria's largest listed industrial company.

My tasks within the Strategy Development team involve strategy work in Vienna (AT), Bukarest (RO) and Istanbul (TR). Furthermore, as Corporate Strategy acts as executive assistants department of OMV, I took the lead in consolidating the Report of the Executive Board to the Supervisory Board (four times a year), being responsible for the the strategy part in OMV's Annual Report as well as preparing the Report of the Executive Board to the ÖIAG Supervisory Board (main shareholder).

Business evaluation of investments (Vienna Hilton, Soravia Wing); involved in funding process of CEE Urban RED fund (real estate development) and the Kraftwerk Hofmühle Beteiligungs GmbH & CoKG fund (hydropower); analysed balance sheets of possible investments, scheduled business meetings in the CEE region, direct assistance to the Soravia family.

Reported directly to the Ambassador on developments of the UN Security Council (Libya, Syria, Middle East, Somalia) and the UN General Assembly, partially represented Austria at high‐level meetings (nuclear safety and security; non‐communicable diseases); acted as an integral part of the Austrian governments diplomatic corps creating networks and gathering information.

Responsible for a team of 12 people; in charge of whole support race organisation in cooperation with FIA; set up security plans (Paddock, Pitlane, Parc Fermé); coordinated VIP-Guests (i.e. Neil Armstrong, Lakshmi Mittal, Richard Branson) at races in Bahrain, Istanbul, Monaco, Monza, Abu Dhabi, Jerez, Budapest and South Korea.

Initiated business contacts between French and Austrian companies, dealt with business inquiries / selected possible import and export partners; conducted research (sections: construction, environment, medicine) and implemented findings into the “AustriaExport” newsletter (published worldwide); assisted and accompanied the trade commissioner to meetings at different Embassies.
