Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business. Develop and execute strategic sales plan for Mexico and South America portfolio.Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Develop and/or improve business relations with all customers and suppliers.Responsible for managing freight budget and contract negotiation for inland freight.Management and development of customer labels and branded packaging.

Manage international sales in Japan,Indonesia, Singapore,UAE, SA,Korea, Taiwan,and Hong Kong meeting budgets, negotiating Incoterms, and complying with customs regulations. Manage Canada-Mexico shipments complying with Nafta requirements.Implement a bi-weekly/monthly forecast by customer and key business segments resulting in decreasing shortages and backorders from 8% to 3 %. More than 50 skus.Streamline and manage forecasting process between sales and supply chain in order to maximize plant efficiencies.

Develop material requirement planning (SOP-Sales and Operations Planning) for production, purchase planning, and sales forecast in conjunction with Finance and Sales departments. Requisition and purchase of supplies and materials from national and international vendors including negotiation based on Incoterms 2000. Implement plans to efficiently use materials and maintain inventory levels according to company’s policy.Develop a logistics program for the import of machinery from Germany to Mexico.
