Equity Research – Listed Funds • Analysis, recommendation and valuation of Listed Funds: Real Estate Investment Funds (Brazilian REIT - FII), Investment Funds in Agroindustrial Productive Chains (FIAgro) and Infrastructure Funds (FIP-IE and FI-Infra); • Participation in the monthly review of the Recommended Portfolio of FII; • Recurring content with monitoring of the real estate, agro and infrastructure sectors, as well as the Brazilian REITs/FIIs, FIAgros and Infrastructure Funds markets.

Global Infrastructure and Project Finance - Renewable Energy • Credit analysis of projects in the utilities sector, especially wind power generation and transmission; o Analysis of historical financial statements and financial models to forecast key credit metrics; o Monitoring operational and financial metrics of a portfolio of projects in the sector; o Presentation of credit committees for rating decision.

Corporate Credit Department - Credit Research Team - Introduction of industry assessment in the credit analysis and pricing of products for large corporate clients. - Regular studies on impacts of industry drivers in credit analysis. - Development and maintenance of econometric models for industries trends and forecasting of commodity prices.

Credit Risk Modeling Department. - Development of credit risk model (Probability of Default – PD Model) and methodology for credit analysis of banks (Brazilian and International), with quantitative and qualitative components - Development of credit risk model (PD Model) and methodology for credit analysis of sovereigns

- Dissertation Title: “Demand for Money and Risk Perception” - Focus areas: Macroeconomics, Monetary Economics, Econometrics and Time Series Analysis
