Httpool is the largest international partner of the major media platforms. Httpool support their growth and drive business results for traditional and native advertisers.

Main responsibilities were company owned digital products and services sales strategy development and implementation. Also, digital advertising budget planning, management and monitoring as well as new digital sales service and product development and introduction to market.

I was responsible for establishing the company (Ad network) and business running in Latvia. Part of my duties where operational planning, strategic planning, business strategy development and implementation, as well as resource management. Additionally, I was responsible for marketing strategy and financial management. I built strong business relationship with digital media and media and digital agencies.

My responsibilities were business line and marketing strategy development and execution, as well as TV.LV products and services development and selling. One of the strategic goals had transition of the investment project to the independent business line with positive financial balance.
