Eftychis Moraitis

Created and executed a new menu of a food truck on the banks of Nestos river. We hosted around 50 people per day.

I was responsible for managing the kitchen crew, placing orders, preparing, and executing a menu with more than 50 food items in one of the most popular restaurants in Xanthi. Also, I created a Christmas menu of 10 dishes that celebrated local products.

For two consecutive summer seasons I was part of a 2-person team, at the kitchen of a children’s summer camp. We were responsible for preparing 5 meals per day for ~300 children.
