Delivering training in processes, tools and product. Process Development: identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing business processes in order to improve store KPIs and to meet higher standards of quality. Organization and coordination of an in store promotions and merchandising agency, HR management and customer care. My responsibilities ranged from internal organizing tasks to the communication and meetings supervision. I took care of the internal human resources management (team of 13 employees) and of the relationships with external co-workers (hostess, promoter etc.). I was responsible for the development and care of the vast clients portfolio of the agency.

Planning, organization and promotion of cultural events: festivals and theatrical events in general, both in Italy and abroad. My main responsibilities included: carrying out research, establishing contacts with theaters, coordinating logistics, handling contacts with the press office, carrying out promotional work, and providing assistance as an interpreter.

Activities to support the teaching of Italian in schools of various levels (collège, lycée, cours preparatoire). Italian classes at the private school "Institut IPL promotion langues" (evening classes for adults). Development of educational materials for classroom use.
