Coordinated and leading complex projects from design to completion, including after-sales – spare&wear parts and Personnel. o Managed and successfully completed SIX complex assemblies and commissioning of TBM (> 2000 heavyweight pieces), presenting clear planning, including personnel (> 100 men) and material to achieve customer milestones. o Planned in 2 days and managed an unknown technical repair of a key component, reducing the work site stoppage from an expected 4 months to only 3 weeks.
