Responsible for direct people management and subcontractors. Main achievements: Lumia 800, 900, 1020 and others released in 55 regional markets.

Validation of the SW regional variants of MeeGo (Linux platform), implementation of the connectivity related Apps and delivery to the Product Programs. Leading large teams in China and Europe, offshore companies up to 150+ SW professionals. Product development, quality, processes and tools. Agile and Scrum coaching to implementation teams. Responsible in Nokia Smart Phones for the functional testing of the Personal Information Management (PIM) Apps including Phonebook, Calendar and Office Apps. Responsible for people (line management). Main achievements: Nokia Symbian/S60 PIM Apps to all Nokia products. Release of the first Nokia touch screen mobile 5800 Xpress Music. Successful piloting of Scrum at Nokia Mobile Phones (PIM dev & program).

Technical ramp up of the first regional market testing project in the company for Nokia products. Operative interface with the customers, managing all the technical aspects of the project from the tools set-up to hiring, planning, reporting and troubleshooting. Direct line management responsibility for team members. Main achievements: successful pilot in Symbio/Flander which became the main Testing supplier for Nokia Linux project in less than 1 year. Responsible of the functional and system testing of Test Management and reporting tools (e.g. Quality Center custom features) widely used in Nokia R&D. Main achievements: Several important features in critical customer areas were released on time with a reduction of 90% of the Customer reported bugs. I managed the testing team in a complex project with several stakeholders having often conflicting requests in a R&D Team where several suppliers were involved.

Responsible for the Italian SW and localization testing of the Nokia SmartPhones. I started in 2001 as Software Test Engineer in 2001, in Feb. 2003 I became Senior Test Engineer. Main achievements: High quality of localization and functionality of the Italian market products no error leakage reported. Coach and tutor inside the team for several other new team members.

Business process re-engineering analyst responsible for: process auditing, analysis, optimization and automation using workflow methodology and tools (Metro, SAP). K+ was a partner of OiS (Olivetti consulting). Main achievements: automation several business processes for large Italian companies including AtiSale, Società Autostrade, Poste Italiane. One major achievement: lead time for the AtiSale international orders was reduced of 70% by the introduction of automation processes.
