Strategised and implemented business development solutions for the internationalisation of QX-Quarterly Crossing's operations, to be an international, premier talent recruitment and management network. Major projects include the organisation of the 'MBA World Summit 2014' in conjunction with global industry leaders and the top international business schools, as well as providing consulting services and designing long-term talent recruitment strategies for major international clients.

Led a 10-member team to reach out to a target field of 2000 Junior College students. Created and implemented a revamped team vision, mission and strategic plan that was client-centered and focused on growing the team's reach through developing an in-depth understanding of their lifestyle needs and preferences, and then customising outreach platforms that were dynamic and scalable. Mentored around 50 students and taught over 200 students at various youth camps and training events

Designed innovate solutions to complex, multi-agency problems in the public sector in a diverse, interdisciplinary 'design thinking' team. Trained in designing and teaching holistic, human/user-centred solutions for organisations that manage risk by iterative testing. Interviewed junior to senior public servants to formulate insights into workforce needs and obstacles to innovation and organisational transformation.
