The scope of work includes development of solution options in technical, personnel and budgetary terms together with the customer. ecoTECH is a R&D project being part of the EU-funded Clean Sky program. The aim is development of new technologies for aviation, their production processes, their applicability and their impact on the environment. The consortium consists of 12 partners coming from Europe and Israel and comprises of universities, research institutes and industrial companies. The team is made up of more than 50 researchers. Duration: Until June 2024

Lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver complex design and make packages for a new Aero Engine Program for Rolls-Royce Deutschland.

Based on the development of a specific product the existing processes have been analysed and new have been elaborated together with the team. Introduction of recognised PM methods.

Leading projects to produce and establish E-Learning modules and other methods of Technology Enhanced Learning within the Austrian financial administration and the Austrian civil service. Latest project: „Federal budget reform“; Target group: Austria and several countries of the OECD (Note: I have been on unpaid leave from 10/2011 – 12/2012 for my Aerospace studies in Bristol, UK)
