Highlights included: - Design Lead for Personal Markets Contact Centre transformation. For this work I was an innovation finalist for Kiwibank awards in 2011 and 2012. - Team lead for an End-to-End Business Banking review. For this work I won “Best Improvement Project in Services and Transactions” in the Asia Pacific Process Excellence Awards 2009

Leading process improvement projects, development and implementation of process improvement, Business Process Management, and Lean Six Sigma practices in eBay.

This position was primarily responsible for providing customer and staff facing support for initial fault diagnosis; liaising with the customer throughout to ensure satisfactory resolution of problem.

In this role my primary responsibility was to train and lead a team that provide support for UK customers using the Billpoint transaction system.
