I was recruited to establish the IT Governance Organization for DB Schenker Arkas to deliver a transparent, process driven and cost effective IT organization as Strategic objectives. The vision of success was to establish service oriented IT structure according to global standards and eliminating the risks whilst carrying out projects that combine risks with strengths or opportunities, building transparent, measurable and auditable IT organization.

I was recruited to develop and build the procurement project proces and workflow to establish a regional joint working culture for the execution of major regional projects while utilizing and maximizing efficency of organizational resource. The vision of success was to build a collective and cooperative mindset enabled by adapting and improving a global process driven project execution for the regional procurement function.

Reported to the General Manager with the project operation budget of 10K $ to 25K $. Chaotic working enviroment transmitted to process based workflow Define responsibility matrix to ensure project delivery task execution Support sales group in their sales process through delivery accurate information related customs, handling, logistics operating and timelines. Developed a communication flow on the Intranet for the tracking sales projects Build forecast reports monthly & weekly for customs payments.
