Led a team of five experts across supply-chain security, M&A security due diligence, awareness & training, incident coordination, vulnerability management and process improvement.

–  Led the global Product & Solution Security team; defined strategy, governance and supply-chain security; co-founded a Siemens-wide supplier security hub. –  Award: Siemens Cybersecurity Award 2022 (Innovation).

Built up the central team and supported regional companies; implemented an incident- and vulnerability-handling plan and a global supplier-qualification programme; ISO 27001 certification for secure cloud-service operation.

–  Group-wide responsibility for information security (strategy, policy, governance, budget); chaired the Group Security Committee. –  Built and led the information and product security from the ground up. –  Introduced vulnerability-intelligence management (process & tooling); ran global security-awareness programmes.

ISO 27001 site certification; certification preparation to German BSI requirements (smart-metering gateway).

Cross-site high-secure IT environment & processes (CH, IN, DE, GR, RO) to Common Criteria; rolled out Project Quality Management.

Project management of automotive ECU developments; quality assurance and process improvement.

Configuration management for automotive ECU (braking) software; embedded defect-avoidance tooling; OEM process interfaces.
