Planning, implementing and configuring new integrations such as STM, BSC, SCTP. Operating and maintaining the existing NSN Core Network Elements (MSC, HLR, STP). Performing troubleshooting activities to solve encountered switching problems. Performing periodic systems backup and secures archive files. Performing testing scenarios after system upgrade or new nodes integration. Preparing the needed statistical reports for network KPIs. Working on Nokia DX200/IPA2800 MSC platforms.

Supervising and handling network elements alarms according to MTN QOS procedures. Monitoring network performance related to Nokia Siemens Networks, Ericsson and Huawei. Working with Field Engineers on restoring any OOS node. Applying the preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Participating with the BSS team in the Siemens-Huawei renovation project. Dealing with vendor applications such as Citrix, Ericsson ALV, Siemens Radio Commander, Xmanager, NetAct, Huawei M2000.
