Responsibilities: Customer in Shanghai and East/Middle China: SGM, SMC SVW, CFMA NJ，DPCA, Chery, BBDC, Changcheng. Aannual sales 450,000Units sunroofs , turn over 700Mio RMB(2008). Achievements: Cover all functions and be responsible for P&L of the company. Optimize the organization. Train the local people and transfer the know-how. Improve the manufacturing capacity, productivity and quality. Implement local development and the localization to reduce cost and make quick response to the customer.

Responsibilities: Customer in Chongqing: CA Ford, CA Suzuki, CA Group Planed annual sales,150,000Units sunroofs , turn over 200Mio RMB。 Achievements: Set up the company and run the company according to the business plan. Built up the organization. Train the local people and transfer the know-how. Built up the manufacturing facility and run the projects including the localization. Implement the Lean Production.
