Teaching and assisting internal bank employees on six-week intensive English courses, as part of their management training program. Courses included formal classroom English lessons with a humanities and social science focus, large group activities and small group or one-to-one workshops. There was also a strong focus on presentation, essay writing, debate and discussion skills throughout each course, which we included in day to day classes as well as larger course projects.

I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this well respected, busy restaurant, including the business development and strategy. I managed a team of up to thirty and worked very closely with the marketing, HR and finance department to build and develop the team, brand and running of the restaurant.

I worked on a self-employed basis, designing and producing off the peg and bespoke garments for both Che Camille and private customers. As I was self-employed, I was involved in managing all areas of the business, including sourcing, buying and costing, PR, branding and marketing, logistics, and sales.
