• Monitoring the operations of 25 operation theatres & ICUs with 140 bed strength. • Management of inventory replenishment process of Operation theatre store • Streamlining Standard Operating Procedures for smooth operations. • Effectively coordinated implementation of HIS modules of both Operation Theatre complex and CSSD. • Actively involved in quality assurance and leading compliance functions for NABH.
