Responsible for providing all HR services to 5 locations (4 small Manufacturing sites and the Commercial Hub site) in Germany - total of ca 500 employees. This included working with the works councils, site leadership and all people leaders on all areas of HR.

Global project management for all HR issues related to the acquisition of Union Carbide. Located in Headquarters in Midland/Michigan/USA.

Responsible for consulting on and implementation of Training and Development for the Manufacturing site in Stade/Germany (ca. 2500 employees).
