Responsibilities: • Searching for and negotiating with potential suppliers, retailers and buyers • Establishing best possible quality inspection possibilities in China and South Africa • Developing secure business structure between suppliers and buyers (profit sharing, division of responsibilities, contracts)

• Forensic auditing of debt claims, inspecting contracts, invoices and reports, conducting interviews with staff involved in the issue • Presentation of evidence to the lawyers • Collaborating with Head Geologist, obtaining basic understanding of drilling and extraction for broader analysis of the fraud cases • Searching for new suppliers • Negotiating the prices and lead times • Researching cost cutting opportunities for the entire operations • Delegation of procurement tasks

• Work with trading agents and factory representatives • Searching for and inspecting potential manufacturers • Enforcing the deadlines for samples and orders • Inspection of bulk orders and samples • On-site support for Procurement Managers • Handing over the quality control to an outsourced company
