Currently in a dual role as the HRBP for the APAC region and at the same time driving forward all the Talent Management initiatives for the International Business of DJO.

Initially as HR manager for Iberia, for 3 years, then I move to London to be part of the Talent Management central team as SR Manager and my last 2 years I was doing the role of HRBP CHEP for the CHEP Automotive (EMEA) and First Mile Solutions (Europe). with the mission of provide inputs to the business strategy and organisation design from a people management and efficient job/structure design perspective.

Part of the Airbus Military A400M project, I was in charge of all the HR activities for the Spanish business unit such as: Employment relations, global recruiting of highly specific profiles, internal communication, I created the first performance review system for the company and linked it with the new talent management framework that we established
