Taking on the pure technology mandate, as with growth in scale and global complexity, Operations and Technology were separated into dedicated executive functions. I restructured the U.S. technology organization into a formal division of four departments, established a global technology management structure, stood up a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, and drove company-wide AI adoption through a structured pilot program designed for enterprise-wide rollout.

Served as a member of the Board of Directors, participating in committees on investment decisions and long-range strategic planning. Provided continuity through a transition period of the company, while concurrently holding full executive operating responsibility.

Led enterprise technology and U.S. warehouse operations under single executive mandate with full P&L responsibility and teams of up to 800 across North America & Europe. Delivered major transformation across both domains. Led company through full recovery from significant cyberattack, replaced legacy ERP and WMS platforms, and built scalable B2B eCommerce and dropship platform. In parallel, transformed five siloed warehouses into a national distribution center network for enhanced visibilty and efficiency.

Built and led the European expansion from the ground up, assembling a dedicated U.S.-based operations development function to drive every aspect of the international buildout. Grew from a 3-person startup to a 300+ person organization with nine-figure annual revenue, establishing the company as a major player in Europe. Concurrently responsible for operational and technology foundation, overseeing information systems, logistics operations, and multinational teams spanning both continents.

Managed corporate application architecture and led the application development team, overseeing the design and delivery of enterprise software solutions.

Worked on e-commerce and web application development projects, contributing to software design, development, and delivery in client-facing business environments.

After moving from Germany to the U.S. I worked with for Creative Solutions Inc and designed e-learning and application solutions for enterprise clients including Walgreens and Johnson Controls, helping support workforce enablement and process improvement. The "Welcome to Walgreens" employee orientation app and Metasys building automation support rank among my favorite projects.

Led software development projects and technical teams in a fast-paced environment, building experience in leadership, delivery, and client-facing technology work. The years with ramraver were a great foundation in business, negotiation, building a team and technology anyone could have asked for. Very lucky to have been there at that time.

Co-founded and led a full-service media agency focused on information systems, brand strategy, print catalog production, and digital media services, later expanding into network security consulting.
