• Supervision and support of members and executives within the HR member respectively business cycle • Evaluation and analysis of the member satisfaction program • Preparation of personnel-relevant topics and results • Use and maintenance of in-process tools • Maintenance and further development of the Business Partner manual • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis • Interface collaboration • Data management and sanity checks • Works council work • Onboarding / Offboarding support
