Responsible for designing and implementing business operations, promoting company culture and vision while meeting short-term operational results. Working closely with the team to oversee daily activities, provide direction and facilitate coordination of different company's functions.

Responsible for managing verification, validation and release of new medical device and their updates. Single point of contact for all matters related to the product launch, interfacing with all business areas affected by the project. Leading a cross-functional team of 20 members in different countries.

Responsible for overseeing administrative and financial aspects, technical progress and quality of assigned software projects and EU/US turnkey projects, including process and productivity optimization. Accountable for quality assurance for software development.
